Injection molding is a process in which custom molded component manufacturers heat a polymer until it reaches a highly plastic state and forces it to flow under high pressure into a mold's cavity to solidify. Manufacturers then remove the molded part, or molding, from the cavity. The process produces discrete components that are almost always net shape, reducing the need for surface finishing. A mold may contain more than one cavity, allowing custom injection molding companies to produce multiple moldings each cycle. The production cycle time ranges between 10 and 30 seconds. Cycles of 60 seconds or longer are also common.

3. How long does the delivery time take?Mold: Determined based on the complexity of the mold, generally within 15-45 days. Product: Determined based on the purchased quantity, generally within 35 days.
4. How soon will I receive the quotation?For most projects, once we have received the product's 3D drawings or product samples and communicated all aspects of the product requirements, we will provide you with a quotation within 24 hours.

7. What are the main overseas markets of YIZE?A: Currently YIZE regular overseas customers are from the US, the UK, Italy, Germany, France, etc.
8. How do you do the quality control?A:1). Materials inspection by QC.
2). The first sample inspected by QC, QC will do over check as per the parameters list and critical dimensions requested by customers, to decide if it can go ahead with production.
3). During processing, our QC will check the injection molded parts in time, ensure no rejects.
4). We will check the products before sending them to the warehouse.
5). 100% inspected by QC before shipping out.
9. What should we do if we receive defective products?A: If receive a defective product, please send us the photos, we will feedback to our engineers and QC departments and solve the problems ASAP.
10. What is your delivery time?A: It depends on the quantity of your order.
